Terms and Conditions

• This lucky draw is eligible for residents attained the age of 18 years and hold a Hong Kong permanent identity card.  Each person can only participate once.  Members of the DAB Executive Committee, Senate and DAB employee/staff are not entitled to participate in this lucky draw.

• All eligible participants are able to participate in the lucky draw with equal chances of winning.  The list of winners will be posted on the DAB website, Ta Kung Pao and The Standard on July 16, 2021.

• The DAB will notify the winners individually by telephone on or before July 20, 2021 to verify their identity.  Winners who cannot be contacted during this period will be deemed to automatically abandon themselves to the prizes.

• Winners may claim their prizes from August 1 to August 31 and must present the documentary evidence including but not limited to an electronic record of two shots of COVID-19 vaccine or other relevant certificates issued under the Hong Kong government’s COVID-19 Vaccination Programme, and their identification documents to confirm their identity when collecting the prize.  The information provided by Winners on scene must be the same with the previous registered information.  Otherwise, the winners’ right to claim prizes will be invalid and void.

• In the following scenario, the winner will be disqualified, and the organizer reserves the right for disposal of those subject prizes:
  i)    The information provided by the participants is incorrect or missing, as a result the organizer is unable to notify the prize winner personally.
  ii)    The personal information of the winner shown does not match the information registered previously by the organizer.
  iii)    Winner fails to claim their prizes on or before August 31, 2021.
